It is always fun to
work with hues and when it comes to make-up, a little pop of colour can go a
long way. You need a little bit of confidence to pull off that look but when
done right, it looks amazing.
-Dramatic eyes
1. Apply an eyeshadow base to your entire eye area.
2. Select
your favorite dark eyeshadow color and apply it from the lid upward to the brow
bone. Blues and greens work well for this.
3. Take
a second medium range brown colour and apply it just slightly above the crease
area of your eyelid.
4. Use
your darkest eyeliner color and apply a thin line next to your eyelashes.
5. Line
your eyes a second time and this time the liner should be a little thicker from
the middle of the lid outward. It should sit on top of your first guideline.
* When
you get to the outer area of your eye, tilt the line upward. This is sometimes
referred to as a cat eye liner.
6. It’s
important to tilt the line upward to a fine point because it visually “lifts
the eye” and adds a dramatic element!
7. To
set off your eye makeup color, add highlighting below the eyebrow and at the
inner corners of your eyes.
